Patricia Hayes is the Account Manager for AM Insurance Services, Inc. Patricia joined AM in 2013 with over 7 years’ experience in customer service. Patricia works closely with Claudine Nelson in overseeing the clients. Patricia provides outstanding service to clients while building good working relationships.
Patricia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry University.
Patricia holds a seat on the steering committee with voting rights for Wild Bunch. She also serves as a Secretary for Wild Bunch. Wild Bunch is a group of like-minded young professionals dedicated to championing wildlife conservation and bringing community awareness to the mission of Zoo Miami.
In Patricia’s spare time, she loves to watch movies, bake, and cook all sorts of new dishes and desserts.
