Vivian Valencia is a fully licensed insurance broker who has been part of the AM Insurance Services team since 2007 and got her 2-15 license in 2010. She has a profound knowledge of insurance products and a keen understanding of major insurance companies’ rules and regulations. This knowledge enables her to provide comprehensive, white glove customer service to all clients.
Vivian graduated from Florida International University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management (with honors, Magna Cum Laude). She is a member and Vice President of the BNI Pinnacle chapter. With her overall optimistic outlook on life, Vivian can often brighten the office and create good morale. She has an emphatic belief that where there is a will, there is a way, and she applies this will to help her clients.
In Vivian’s spare time, she loves to be with her family and work on her farm with the horses and other animals.
