I am happily satisfied with the quality of service I received for my sister who was looking to get answers to what... seems like 100 questions about her Health Insurance. I called Claudine from AM Insurance and got to speak with her directly, and even though it was almost 5:00pm and she was probably getting ready to leave work for the day, she spoke with me and my sister and then spent over 45 minutes discussing all the options available to my sister with a few different companies. I highly recommend Claudine Nelson at AM Insurance Services. I run a small biotech company in Doral with 8-10... employees. Prior to Claudine I managed our medical insurance benefits directly with BCBS which was a nightmare and huge time killer. Claudine helped us consolidate our individual plans into a high quality group plan, improved our benefits coverage, and reduced our costs at the same time.
